Supported Guest Operating Systems

ztC Edge / Stratus Redundant Linux (SRL) supports a variety of Windows and Linux guest operating systems. For specific information about an earlier version of SRL not listed here, please visit the online documentation for your product on the StrataDOC documentation site.

SRL 3.0.0.2

If you are upgrading from a previous release of Stratus Redundant Linux and your system is already running guest operating systems that were supported in the previous release, the guests will also be supported when you upgrade to the current release, even if they are not listed in the following table.

For information about importing or migrating guest operating systems, see Importing an OVF or OVA File or Migrating a Physical Machine or Virtual Machine to a System.

For information about VM import restrictions and P2V (physical-to-virtual) or V2V (virtual-to-virtual) migration restrictions for some guest operating systems, see the footnotes in the following table.

You can import or migrate a guest operating system from VMware ESXi only if the host is running VMware vSphere® Release 6.7. or 7.0.
